'In this video I show you one of my favorite bodyweight core exercises! This exercise is one of my favorites as the intensity can be shot up dramatically with very little effort. The intensity of the movement can even further be increased by making it dynamic. Overall this is a solid core exercise and definitely one that should be added to the rotation.
